When we talk about the “lost children of the house” we are not talking about bad people within the church, but rather they are people who attend week after week, but still do not join the vision of it. They attend meeting after meeting, but are not willing to serve. They are believers who have a shepherd, but they do not love him as a father. They are part of a congregation, but they do not feel it is their family, that is, they lack any sense of belonging to the ministry and the spiritual home that God has given them. They are children, but they are lost inside the house.
